What advice would you offer to someone who is forced to lead in an area of weakness?

Great project (I mean the podcast) and I hope you are able to get a good subscriber base soon. I loved this one, however I found myself like you in one way and quite different in another. I share your maintenance skills only maybe even worse. However, there is no way I would have started the project myself–I would have called someone immediately. But that certainly would have messed up the application.
Great story with some great leadership reminders.
Pastor Jeff I get you. We are in the middle of a deck replacement and it tied up my resources. (That or I am just cheap.) I had no choice but to dig in. Thankfully I have a do it yourself buddy (Thanks Roger) who came over and consulted and helped me start the repairs. Thanks for the feedback on the podcast I love jumping into the great unknown.
